I've already reviewed Binh Bui and his team who were fantastic to work with, and Ilya was part of that team so I'd like to share our experience here as well. We were able to settle for an amount that we felt was fair. Most importantly, we found Ilya really easy to work with. One thing I parti...cularly loved about working with Ilya is that when we got our first settlement offer, he said "I don't want you to accept this and then, two years from now, wish you had held out for more." That became a guiding principle for us and helped us to get more money beyond the first settlement offer. In the past I have found working with lawyers to be rather frustrating, like they have all this knowledge and unless I ask a question in the right way they will not share it with me.
