Never in my past with multiple felony charges did I ever think that an attorney was worth the money I paid them, especially since I ended up with quite a checkered history including 2 prison terms. My worst crime was forgery and I spent over 6 total years in CA state prisons, fortunately that has cha...nged, thanks in part to an Attorney named Mike Malowney, because of the past charges any little thing that the police may want to charge me with (things that wouldn't even be felonies for most people have become huge cases with exposure to incarceration in CA state prison of over 10 years, and more than once now Mike has been in my corner and spared me from any conviction at all thanks to his determination and thorough involvement of every aspect of my cases not to mention he actually listened to what I had to say and was able to form strategies that I would have never even thought of which time and again have kept me out of prison. I can't say enough good about this attorney and his skills as a criminal defense representative. His connections and contacts in the whole legal community alone are worth twice as much as he would ever charge a client, that coupled with the persistence, availability to his clients, and all around demeanor in court and out make him a legal powerhouse all packed into a single compact and friendly little fellow (LOL he's gonna kill me if he sees that) Whatever you do don't judge him on his small stature as he has the respect of every DA I've ever seen sit across from him!
