worst attorney ever

He was hired to defend me against a drug allegation, I was not guilty (a urinalysis proved that). I ended up paying him $1000, was found guilty, and had to attend PC1000 classes, which cost me $500, and almost my job. I would never hire him at any cost.

1 out of 5 stars

Mr. Pasto told me from our very first meeting that he was going to take my home away from me because he could and that there was nothing I could do to stop him. After several years and a lot of money he did just that. He had no reason to pursue this action but I could not afford to fight him any long...er. So I lost everything to him.

all around fantastic lawyer; always comes thru

jim has been doing work for me for about 10 years. he is 100% for his client, he doesn't play stall games for more money. keeps me informed, always takes my calls and is completely honest ( which is hard to find these days ) he has never lost for me.

Mr. Pasto won the case for me...I was suing a very elusive defendant.

Very sharp lawyer , with a vast experience and total dedication to his profession.

Bunk

I paid James Pasto $3000 for a retainer to start my case. After several months of filing motions and arranging useless meeting, i finally asked for an itemized statement. I was then informed that i owed another $1200. Keep in mind my case has not advanced since before i hired him. He was very ill pre...pared for all meetings and tried to charge me for services that did not benefit my case at all. I had to fire him before my case my complete and still had to pay $400. If i could sue for my $3400 i would.
