It is rare for me to provide a review - good or bad. I think this is my second ever, but I am so grateful to Andrew that I felt the need to share with other property owner/landlords regarding just how good he is. I am not a professional property manager, I am just a simple property owner who rent...s out her condo. Unfortunately, my first and long-time tenant became extremely problematic and breeched the lease in several ways (unauthorized subletting, unauthorized pet, paying rent...eventually). Due to my own inexperience mixed with wanting to extend "good-will" to a long-term tenant, I made mistakes (like handling various legal notices myself) complicating the eviction process.
