In the middle of a stressful partition action and a difficult family dispute, finding Andrew Greenfield felt less like hiring a lawyer and more like finding a trusted partner. It is rare for me to provide a review - good or bad. I think this is my second ever, but I am so grateful to Andrew that I felt the need to share with other property owner/landlords regarding just how good he is. I am not a professional property manager, I am just a simple property owner who rent...s out her condo. Unfortunately, my first and long-time tenant became extremely problematic and breeched the lease in several ways (unauthorized subletting, unauthorized pet, paying rent...eventually). Due to my own inexperience mixed with wanting to extend "good-will" to a long-term tenant, I made mistakes (like handling various legal notices myself) complicating the eviction process. Retaining Andrew Greenfield was the best decision. He immediately went to work. He was proactive, thorough, very responsive to all my communications, and provided solid advice. His fees were reasonable (I did my research) but more importantly, the results were priceless. Based upon my tenant's attitude, I anticipated a long drawn-out court battle. Understanding that every case is unique and that no credible attorney will guarantee a result, I am more than elated to say that from start to finish the property was vacated without much issue within 15 days from Andrew's firm serving notice on the tenant.
