I hired Mr. W. McDonald for my bankruptcy case many years ago and he was very thorough, compassionate, professional, and experienced during my case. Many years later, I found out that there was a missed account on my credit report and a few days later and after digging back into my files, Mr. McDonald reached out to me and ensure me of the law again. I really appreciate this. (The only thing I have an objection on is that no receptionists or secretary returning calls after the case is closed a year or so later to confirm that they've received my inquiry...). I've reached out to him again for recommendation on something else, but never received another response back. :( Based on this experience, I am assuming that there is no guarantee of good service after the case is closed; thus, only 4 stars instead of 5 stars from me.
