we were given Sandra to be our representative by kt&sj law firm. we had issues with a tenant where we needed help in dealing with an alcoholic, threats, non payment of rent, and property damage. out of all the circumstances during Covid having landed her as our "representative" was the worst. we neve...r had any legal documents drawn up or court dates scheduled by the lawyer. she repeatedly asked for information that had already been faxed or emailed and were held in a stand still. after 6- 9 months of waiting for anything to happen with Sandra, the problematic tenant moved out on her own. not only did she not assist, but she charged me $400 from the retainer for literally no work done. I am still looking for a way to sue the tenant for the months of rent owed and property damage to the home and vehicle. Sandra came off as lazy and made a bad situation worse by being a roadblock during a time when we already were struggling financially. the nerve and audacity to charge for not performing any of the task we sought to do is disappointing to say the least. we requested a refund and received 2/3rds of it but the time wasted and stress caused is more than enough to never do business with her again
