yes you need to disclose and include certified copies of the criminal records (photocopy only and bring the original to the interview.

The @1225 includes any RFE and usually expedites dependent files as well if filed concurrently.

If you did not maintain your H-1B or H-4 through your spouse then you have no status. when you travel outside the U.S., CBP would indicate AOS...
