After being hit with a very unexpected Speeding Ticket, I reach out to several Traffic Court attorneys that were part of my Legal Plan (a benefit from Work). I sent out emails. Kevin was the ONLY one that responded to my inquiries and he offered to help out. Because he's part of my plan and all I had... was a lousy speeding ticket, his services would be covered in full with nothing else out of pocket for me. I hired him to represent me in court and take this ticket to trial with the hope that maybe the officer would not appear in court after a long time. This was a lousy speeding ticket for going just 10 miles per hour faster. Kevin was at the scheduled ticket hearing, and got us a court date a few months later. In that time he adviced me via email of everything to do and not do, and had scheduled my court date on his calendar. Speed up to seasons, a couple of weeks before court date, I emailed to check-in. He had not forgotten about my case. He was essentially on top of the case (even though my case was minor and small he still treated it with equal priority). On court date, Kevin emailed with the outcome. Unfortunately, NOT to our favor. That was because of a little known thing these days called "body cameras" that officers wear. Evidence is evidence. We had aimed that the officer would not be at court and the ticket would be automatically dismissed. But luck turned out the other way. However, above all he still represented me in front of the judge, he was able to get the judge to slightly lower the cost of the ticket (which would save me on traffic school costs). In the end, the overall outcome was a resolution. There was going to be a resolution anyways. I could have just paid the darn ticket, do traffic school and be done with it. Or try a charm of luck and hope for a dismissal. It was a 50/50 chance. In any case, Kevin was my attorney all this time. He represented me. He was on top of the case. He was there at the court, and he did what he needed to do: "Advice me". I hope to NEVER get a traffic citation again, but if I do I know I can reach out to Kevin. And I would highly recommend him.
