Let me start by saying Work comp cost me my job, my savings, and provided terrible treatment. That being said, life became a lot better once I got a lawyer and am pleased withmmy pick. Mr. Teperson explained the system and they fought for everything I needed. My doctor became much better ...and my settlement made up for some of the hassle. Nightmare system but get a lawyer and it gets marginally better.

Maria took my phone call, and information and set up an appointment for the next day. Met with Maria and Mr. Teperson and hired him as my lawyer. I was going through the Workers Compensation system for a work injury and trusted the insurance company would treat me right. When they started to treat me... unfairly, I needed a lawyer to help me. Once Mr. Teperson took my case good things started happening right away. I was sent to a doctor of my choice, I started receiving my WC checks which had been stopped, and my surgeries, medications, treatments and eventual settlement were handled quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Mr. Teperson, Maria and the entire staff if you are having any problems with your Workman's Comp. insurance company for your work related injury and don't wait like I did. I wish I had hired them from the beginning of my case but it's never to late to protect yourself and receive the care you deserve. Thank you Maria and Mr. Teperson.

When I first meet Josh he looked like he had just partied late into the previous night. I should have know then but he was a smooth talker and I figured that in of itself would work to my benefit. I am such a moron. That was the first and last time I ever saw him. After that it was only his secre...tary that I spoke with and that was only after I called her. They never called me with any updates, I had to call them. I was sent to a doctor hours away which was a huge nuisance and once I got there they told me I had to reschedule. I wish I would have looked up reviews on lawyers before I made my decision but at least you are. Look elsewhere, there are too many good lawyers in this city to let this guy handle your case.

I hired Joshua because I was tired of getting the run around from the workers comp insurance company and all I got was more of the same. After meeting with him he agreed to represent me and said he would set me up with a new workers comp doctor within two days. After two weeks of no contact I began c...alling daily to figure out what was going on. I left messages 4 days in a row, twice with his assistant and the other 2 times on his voicemail. I never got a call back. I finally got his assistant on the phone for the third time after day 5 and told her I no longer wanted to have them represent me for obvious reasons, outlining the time line of no call backs/action regarding my case. I received no apology or attempt to work things out on there end. I then agreed to come down to their office and file Dismissal of Attorney paperwork. Upon arrival at there office I waited 20mins for them to see me and when they gave me the dismissal paperwork to sign someone elses name(another unhappy client I presume) was on it instead of mine. They couldn't even get that right. I would recommend you try someone else.
