Janiffer E Pearce

Janiffer Pearce brings over twenty years of family law experience to Garwood Family Law. She has extensive litigation experience in the areas of divorce, child custody, support, paternity, domestic violence and the division of community property. Pearce is extremely knowledgable about mediation, since she has been trained formally as a National Conflict Resolution Center mediator and she has mediated family law cases as part of the New Jersey family court system. Further diversifying her background, she also has include served as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel judge. In Hawaii, she was twice appointed by the family law judges to act as a private settlement judge for contentious cases pro bono. A combination of these varied experiences in the legal profession are what gives Janiffer her distinct edge in the Court.
