The Scott Law Group P.C. represents California consumers statewide with a particular focus on California’s lemon law, strict products liability and personal injury law.  We know your rights and we are uniquely qualified to protect your rights at no cost to you.  Under California’s lemon law and several other consumer protection statutes, the manufacturer pays your attorneys fees and costs.  We accept most strict products liability and negligence cases on a contingency fee basis which means you don’t pay unless we win.

The firm’s founder, Christian S. Scott, has been litigating cases for over a decade.  Before founding the firm, Attorney Scott defended national automobile manufacturers, both foreign and domestic, against products liability and negligence lawsuits involving catastrophic injuries throughout 14 western states.  His practice extensively included defending manufacturers and dealerships against lemon law claims across California under California’s Song-Beverly statute and the Federal counter-part, Magnusson-Moss.  As well, Attorney Scott has defended manufacturers against consumer fraud, breach of contract, unfair debt collection, and illegal repossession lawsuits.

In addition to his extensive experience in the automotive and personal injury arenas, Attorney Scott has successfully litigated business and class action disputes in state and federal court.

Attorney Scott has tried and settled hundreds of cases.  He graduated from the prestigious and nationally recognized University of San Diego Law School.  He is uniquely able to represent you because he knows the intricacies of such cases.  He practices in state and federal courts and he has successfully argued before the California Court of Appeals.
