Good Legal Representation

I had POA for my father and mother's bankruptcy case. Their case was complicated for several reasons, with one being that my mother passed away while it was in progress. Bernard handled our case well.

The best I've seen by a wide margin

Bernard assisted me with a complex bankruptcy issue. He was thoughtful, succinct, fair, stayed on point, kept me in check (not an easy task,) and consistently provided exceptional guidance. His concise communication was reflected in his billing, which he completely failed to pad. Refreshing. I highly... recommend this expert.

Excellent legal representation

Another attorney recommended Bernard Hansen to me to get advise regarding an on-going creditor/debtor issue. Attorney Hansen was able to listen carefully to my complicated situation and give me advice and alternatives in a manner that was easy for me to understand. He did significant legal researc...h on my issue. Attorney Hansen was very good about returning my calls or emails in a prompt fashion. Additionally, his fees were quite reasonable. I am very grateful to have had Attorney Hansen as my legal advocate. I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to let others know about this outstanding attorney.

One of the best

Bernard is truly a brilliant attorney. You would be very fortunate to have him on your side if your case has anything to do with bankruptcy or civil litigation. I'm thankful that I was fortunate enough to meet him and have him as my attorney.

Bankruptcy Expert

Bernie is a long time colleague. As a commercial litigation lawyer I am often faced with complex bankruptcy issues. Bankruptcy is not my area of expertise and when I need assistance, I have always been able to obtain prompt, expert assistance from Bernie. Anyone that needs bankruptcy advice from a... true expert could not do better than Bernie. For years have have been referring creditors to Bernie for assistance and lately he has been accepting debtors cases as well. For a complex bankruptcy issue, Bernie is the first and last person I call.
