Couple of months ago I was in need of some legal advice due to a past mistake of mine. I had never worked with an attorney before but started to research for one by looking on the internet. After reading some great reviews on Niki from YELP, I decided to give her a call. I never met Niki in pers...on, all of our correspondences were over the phone. I got a DUI in December of 2014 and I was very stressed and unsure what to do. I saw Niki for a consultation and she really helped me and I felt a little bit better after the first time I saw her. I can only give Niki the highest possible rating for her efforts on my DWI case. It began when she called me after hours to discuss the events regarding my arrest and time in jail. She answered all my questions in full and without any hesitation. It was obvious to me that she was extremely compete...nt in DWI law. The next day I retained her and her associate, Scott Schlegal, to represent me. They told me how the process would work in detail and what information they needed from me. After much negotiation, Niki informed me that "your case was rejected by the City Attorney's Office, thus there are no filing or charges against you."
