Biography
Nicholas Kritikos is an associate attorney with Hoffman & Forde, with a practice centered on business and real estate litigation. In addition to litigation, Mr. Kritikos also advises his clients, whether buyers, sellers, lessors, or lessees on all aspects of their commercial and residential real estate transactions. Prior to joining Hoffman & Forde, Mr. Kritikos served as a Law Clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Civil Division, working on various matters including qui tam actions, medical malpractice, and SNAP violations.
Mr. Kritikos earned his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from California Western School of Law. During law school, he remained active with Sigma Phi Epsilon as an alumni advisor and joined multiple student organizations. Mr. Kritikos received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside in 2011. He is licensed to practice law in California, is a member of the State Bar of California and the San Diego County Bar Association.
