Mr. Bernstein received his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies with Honors from the University of Central Florida in 2009. While attending UCF, Mr. Bernstein graduated from the prestigious LEAD Scholars Program and competed with the school’s nationally ranked mock trial team. Mr. Bernstein was also a four-year member of the law fraternity, Phi Alpha Delta.
In April 2013, Mr. Bernstein earned his Juris Doctor Degree from the California Western School of Law. During law school, Mr. Bernstein was a Faculty Scholarship Recipient and named to the Dean’s List. He continued his membership with Phi Alpha Delta, became a member of the Estate Planning Society, and earned his advanced Westlaw research certification.
Mr. Bernstein is a Sergeant in the San Diego County Honorary Deputy Sheriffs Association. Mr. Bernstein is licensed to practice law in the State of California and is a member of the State Bar of California, San Diego County Bar Association, and North San Diego County Bar Association.
