Jan Joseph Bejar

My wife is a Mexican national, born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. We were married both civilly and in the church in 2020 and 2021, respectively. We had been traveling from the US to Mexico regularly, largely for the sake of dental work that I had been getting in Tijuana, though occasionally flying... down to Guadalajara. Upon  reentry to the United States, at one point, the border security agent advised that because of Irregularities in my wife’s passport reentry might at some point be denied. We decided therefore to secure the assistance of an attorney to help us legitimize my wife’s presence in the United States and fix any possible problems in crossing the border. I will not say much about the money wasted and the failures of that adventure, except that our application for residency was denied and my wife was told to leave the country by such and such a date. Well, my wife left and we have, until recently, been enduring a transnational marriage. At the advice of Mr. Bejar, my wife attended an immigration hearing in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. The result of that hearing, the close monitoring of the progress of our case by the very competent legal team of Mr. Bejar (I would like to mention especially the work, accessibility, and responsiveness of his legal assistant Yuritzi Aguilar), and some legwork we had to do in providing additional documentation, my wife was granted a couple of weeks ago both a visa and residency and has in her possession already a green card, which have essentially provided the remedies we were looking for. I therefore without the slightest hesitation or reservation recommend the legal services that are provided by The Law Offices of Jan Joseph Bejar, especially for anyone dealing with the kinds of problems we were facing. Finally, the prospect of entering into any kind of legal contest for those without the deepest of pockets is terrifying at best. So I will conclude by saying that billing was always transparent and up front. We were never stunned by any unexpected or unmanageable legal expense.
