No face to face meetings ever occurred, which might have been helpful. Failed to give us a good understanding of alternatives, such as options for getting documents notarized and instructions on how to transfer the house into the trust. Failed to provide accurate information, her supervisor had to in...tervene to correct. We really had to comb through the documents because there were many factual errors and typos. Overall did not provide the guidance and handholding we felt like we needed since we were novices to the process.

I have never had to deal with lawyers until recently. And yes, it was a very daunting and emotionally draining experience. Does your skin cringe when you hear the word lawyer?
