Bernard Lester Kleinke

I am chairperson of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group. My experience includes all aspects of U.S. and international patent, trademark and copyright procurement, patent reissue and reexamination, patent appeals and interference practices. I also have had intellectual property litigation experience in patent, trademark, copyright, trade dress, trade secret and unfair competition disputes for both enforcement and defense.

I am admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the Court of Appeals for the Fifth, Seventh and Ninth Circuits and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of California, the Northern and Southern Districts of Illinois, and U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
