Amit Singh Gundara

I took a corner faster than I probably should have (I drive a RWD sports car and was running late to work) and my tires made some noise and a cop saw the whole thing and issued me a ticket for exhibition of speed. If found guilty, it would have been two points on my license, mandatory traffic school ...(both points would’ve remained), $1,000 fine, and a license suspension of up to a year. I searched online and read a bunch of reviews and talked to a couple people before I found Mr. Gundara. When I spoke with him, I did not sugarcoat the story and I appreciated his honesty when he said that he could not guarantee that he would be able to get the charge reduced or dismissed, but he said he would try his very best and that he was confident he would succeed. I was just hoping that he could at least fight to save my license from being suspended, but he ended up getting the entire case dismissed! The officer showed up, made her statement, and attorney Gundara went to battle for me and won! Best money I ever spent! His professionalism and kindness made me feel comfortable and reassured every step of the way, and I will certainly recommend him to anyone that I know that ever wants to fight a traffic ticket.
