The Best Immigration Attorney for Those with Criminal Convictions

Bill Waddell was most highly recommended to us by a fellow immigration lawyer, specifically because our case had past criminal convictions. The client was held without bond at an immigration detention facility, facing what seemed like, unavoidable deportation. Bill Waddell was extremely honest and kn...owledgeable about possible outcomes and was ready to pursue a number of resolutions. This attorney is truly most cost effective, he will not take your money unless he has a great degree of certainty that the case will be won. Bill Waddell is one of the most compassionate, modest, and prudent individuals that I have ever met. In the end, the charges against the client were dropped; this is all thanks to our Lord Jesus Christ for using Bill in a mighty way in our lives. I would highly recommend Bill Waddell, especially if you or your loved one is facing deportation charges due to criminal background.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
