Biography
Since 2002, Jesse has represented prominent global businesses and insurance companies handling business and intellectual property litigation as well as serious personal injury cases. Jesse graduated from law school cum laude in the top 10% of his class from the University of San Diego. He started his career litigating serious and often catastrophic injury cases on behalf of individuals, businesses and insurance companies. Later, he spent over a decade litigating critical and complex lawsuits for some of the world’s largest corporations handling damages claims in the millions and even billions of dollars. In 2013, Jesse was elected as a partner in one of the world’s premier global law firms, DLA Piper. Several years later, Jesse launched Hindman APC focusing on providing first-class legal representation to individuals and businesses of all sizes.
