My representation of business and corporate clients spans a number of industries and professions, including technology, medical and veterinary practices and engineering. I counsel clients on a broad range of complex business and legal issues, from pre-incorporation planning, general corporate representation and counseling, as well as mergers, reorganizations and acquisitions.

Within my trust and probate practice I assist clients navigating the administration of a trust or probate estate, both with and without court supervision. My corporate practice lends additional insight and provides clients with an advantage in trust and probate estates which involve an operating business or ownership interests in various business entities.
