Not an approval notice yet. When the priority date is close to becoming current, CIS typically transfers case to NVC.
My wife's I94 TD visa is until 2022, but my TN visa is until 2021. Did they make an error? I do plan to renew it until later.

My wife's TD I-94 is valid until 2022, her visa and passport expire 2021. Does she have to apply for a new visa if she leaves US

Wife should be readmitted under still valid I-94 until expiry date, as long as remains in either neighboring country for less than 30 days.
