I sent form G 1450 to pay for form N-400
And I forgot to sign form G 1450, not sure what I need to do??

There is nothing that can be done once CIS received your N-400.

H1B approved earlier(2012), then got extension (2015) , LCA amendment denied , because of For Profit university. Now filed again

Even with a lawyer your god daughter's chances of getting a visa application to visit the USA are quite slim.
