Best to wait awhile, to show "resumed domicile" in the USA prior to attempting to do naturalization.

While there must be a PERM approval first for an I-140 to be filed, note that the PERM is only valid for 6 months from date of issue.

It is unlikely you will succeed to bring your fiancee back with a DV conviction. I do not see that as an option.
