Your case is under administrative review for security checks. Many asylum cases now fall into that category. You cannot expedite this process....

Need to file a new I-485 and pay the fee again. Make sure to include I-864, among others.

Will need to depart the USA and seek to be readmitted in the new visa category you are seeking. Nothing is "automatic."
