Steve helped me with a difficult Unlawful Detainer lawsuit. I was a plaintiff trying to get rid of a delinquent renter. Initially, I tried to pursue the case by myself but quickly found the process to be time consuming and troublesome. There are surprisingly numerous ways that the case can be delayed and I found just about every one. Steve was able to work with my on the process and help me settle my case in a short period of time. He is very knowledgeable and patient.
I've learned the hard way. Do yourself a favor and hire and competent lawyer like Steve to do handle your case.

I was frantic about an eviction that might be happening with a tenant that snuck in a third dog. I had given a 3-day notice figuring they would remove the dog but they wouldn't. I had a very good conversation with Mr. Wedeking the very next day after I wrote my question. He was extremely knowledgeable about the subject, answered all my questions and was ready to help. When I next spoke to my tenant I felt fully prepared and equipped for whatever happened with Mr. Wedeking's help. That was a huge relief. In the end, tenant did remove all dogs so an eviction was not necessary. However, just feeling confidence to speak with them helped the process I'm sure and I would call Mr. Wedeking II for any future tenant issues!

During our consultation, Steven didn't just outline steps, he explained the process and was very patient with my many questions. Armed with the knowledge that he provided, my several months delinquent tenant finally had an incentive to get current on rent. The fact that I didn't end up hiring him is actually a testimonial to Steven, and if I do end up needing to initiate a UD action at some point in the future, I know who I will go to.
