Samuel Boone Strohbehn

Samuel B. Strohbehn is an attorney in the San Diego office of Klinedinst PC. He began his legal career in the San Diego office as a Law Clerk in the Fall of 2008.

Since joining Klinedinst PC, Mr. Strohbehn has focused his practice on assisting corporate clients in protecting their assets without litigation, and representing their interests in litigation if it becomes necessary. As a result, Mr. Strohbehn is a member of Klinedinst's General Counsel, Intellectual Property, and Business Litigation Teams. Having assisted companies in protecting and expanding their intellectual property portfolios, forming contracts, and avoiding antitrust liability, Mr. Strohbehn has an active pre-litigation practice. He also files and responds to trademark application requests from the United States Patent and Trademark Office. If and when litigation becomes necessary, Mr. Strohbehn has practiced before both state and federal courts in matters involving intellectual property, product liability, internet law, professional liability, and environmental and land use law.

Born and raised in Overland Park, Kansas, Mr. Strohbehn received his J.D. from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. While in law school, he received CALI awards for his work in his Copyrights and Internet Law classes, and served as Presiding Officer of the school's Honor Council and Staff Editor for the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy. Mr. Strohbehn obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California, earning a double major in History and Political Science.
