He should be disbarred, I personally had the displeasure of being a client of his, so after reading some of his negative reviews, thank God! , I wasn't the only one he backed over. When I knew that the cops involved in my case had violated my 4th. Amendment and he adamantly told me that they hadn't ...I knew something was wrong, I knew when he didn't question the ( only ) witness in which I had told him was a foreign exchange student and was scheduled to leave back to his country I just under 2 months, Mr. Jayakumar failed to question him so I lost the only witness for the defense, and he was an eye witness on top of that! Believe or not i tried to fire him on these grounds and failed. So I went pro-per and guess what they found that the cops were not under the color of authority and violated my 4th amend. The charge was dropped. He's only there to get you to plea deal with who he hopes to be his new boss, the District Attorney. He is a Dumptruck!

Mr. Jayakumar was the most knowledgable and hardest working lawyer I've ever had ( and unfortunately I've had a handful). He took extra time with me and my family to carefully explain each aspect of my case. He really went above and beyond advocating for me at each step of the proceedings. He real...ly fought for me. He is horrible he thinks he can just do as he please and never involve you in your own case never return calls or lets you know whats going on even what to expect and never asks what you would like to do he is very arrogant and has no right to be I have never had to deal with someone so incompetent ...in my life he doesnt even try to speak up its sad when the judge actually had to hhelpus out and speak on our behalf because our attorney just sat there and definitely did not defend us or no what to say to simple questions if yoh ever have this attorney please take my advice fire him or you will regret it im warning you he should not be an attorney and acts smarter than he is worse experience if my life!
