Peter Kevin Solecki

My current practice involves the representation of buyers and sellersof real estate in transactional issues, representation of multiple real estate and mortgage brokerages inSouthern California, and representation of property owners with a wide range of realestate issues.  My litigation experience began as a judge advocate in the U.S. Marine Corps, where I acted as a defense counsel, prosecutor and judge for 14 years, involving hundreds of cases, many of them jury trials.  Upon retirement from the Marine Corps I joined a respected real estate law firm in San Diego - Hecht Solberg Robinson Goldberg and Bagley LLP - and handled a wide range of litigation matters.  In 2000 I became General Counsel of Prudential California Realty, a real estate brokerage with over 100 offices spread throughout Southern California and over 5,000 real estate agents.  In June 2008 I joined Winton & Larson, LLP, a real estate law firm with offices in San Diego, Orange County and south Riverside County, and in January 2009 was made a partner in the re-named Winton Larson & Solecki LLP.   I am General Counsel to a number of companies and to the San Diego Association of Realtors.
