Mr. Lewin manages the firm's Corporate Department. He has successfully represented business owners, privately held companies, shareholders, directors, officers, investors, underwriters, investment bankers and venture capital firms in connection with corporate formations; bank, venture capital, and private financings; joint ventures; corporate compliance; private securities offerings; stock options and stock purchase plans; Buy-Sell Agreements; mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; and succession planning.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lewin was an associate with the law firm of Lotz, Doggett & Rawers in San Diego, California.
Mr. Lewin earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Wesleyan University, and his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. He continues his legal education by attending seminars, workshops and classes on a regular basis.
Mr. Lewin is a member of the State Bar of California and an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association, maintaining membership in the Business & Corporate Law section.
Mr. Lewin and his wife enjoy international travel, hiking, skiing, and other outdoor activities
