Morgan Ross is the founder of Counterpoint Legal, a California and Guam law firm representing clients in personal injury, consumer protection, family law, civil litigation, and privacy matters. Since becoming licensed in California in 2010, he has represented thousands of individuals and families in matters ranging from serious injury claims to complex consumer litigation. Morgan has served as lead counsel in state and federal litigation, including privacy and technology cases involving emerging legal issues. He believes legal representation should be accessible, responsive, and focused on practical results. Whether helping an injured client recover after an accident or protecting consumers from unlawful business practices, Morgan is committed to providing strategic advocacy with honesty, compassion, and personal attention.

Originally from upstate New York, Morgan attended St. Lawrence University before earning his law degree and eventually building Counterpoint Legal in California. Outside the office he enjoys technology, entrepreneurship, hiking, and developing innovative ways to make legal services more accessible.
