Biography
Michael Diyanni began law school after fulfilling his 6 year enlistment in the United States Air Force and being Honorably discharged. From the beginning of law school, Michael’s focus was on Trial and Litigation. U.S. News and World report consistently ranks the Law school Michael attended as the #1 school in the country for Trial Advocates.
During law school Michael was selected to participate in the highly competitive Criminal Prosecution Clinic. While working as a Prosecutor, during this clinic, Michael developed his trial skills. As a Prosecutor, Michael was able to gain knowledge about the inner workings of the District Attorney.
Michael spent substantial time with the DUI testing equipment and DUI test administrators. Many Attorneys do not understand or do not comprehend the science behind DUI tests. Furthermore, many Attorneys do not know how to prove a defective test result. However, you can be assured that Michael will deconstruct all the evidence the Prosecution will bring against you in a DUI offense. Excellent lawyer for auto cases
