I was in a car accident caused by an uninsured motorist and my insurance company was not being very helpful. Nobody ever wants to get into an accident, much less go through any legal battles, but as they say, life's what happens when you've got other plans. A few years ago while I was driving home from work along 805 South, a distracted driver hit me from behind, which caused my car to spin and hit two more... vehicles.
