Experienced Professional

I would like to highly recommend Mark Marion for your legal needs. I had an issue arise and I needed some sound legal advice. Mr. Marion provided it without being judgmental and looked at the best way to quickly make my problem go away with the smallest impact on my future.

The man with the answers

Mark Marion was the right attorney for my case. His demeanor and preparation routinely exceeded that of the other members of the court. Within 5 minutes I was sure that I had made the right decision. Some cases are more difficult than others, and a favorable outcome in my case was marginal at best. M...ark was enthusiastic and reassuring, often letting me vent and providing a new frame of though to consider the position of opposing counsel. When all was said and done he had met me in person on multiple occasions while incarcerated, endured countless phone calls, and settled my case in 6 weeks. His counsel was crucial in getting me home to my family as quickly as possible, and reducing an asinine 3 year prison sentence to merely probation. I would recommend his services for the most delicate of circumstances.

The worest

This is the worst attorney ever. He did NOTHING FOR me but take my money. Beware they lie just to get your money. They have HORRIBLE communication with their clients. If I were you I would keep searching. I fought my case for 6 months and lost. Mr. Marion then left and I had to represent myself. He d...idn't even know answer to any questions I had. And allowed the court to give me the worst sentence ever. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! You would seriously be better off representing yourself then to hire Mr. Marion.

TRO Defense! Excellent!

I was wrongfully accused, served with a TRO and Mark was the best. Never dealt with anything like this in my life. Mark made me feel encouraged and comfortable. His confidence made me confident. He answered all my questions, emails and phone calls. We were prepared with our Response and witnesses, ...never even had to testify. Judge dismissed it. I could never have done this alone! This could have effected my job, etc...WORTH EVERY PENNY! I hope to never see this law firm again, no offense, but if I ever need an attorney again...THIS IS THE FIRM I WILL USE, hands down.
