If you need a lawyer, he'll handle your case professionally and with excellence.

I found myself in legal trouble and he was hands down the best possible choice I could have made! His experience and tact allowed my case to end in a dismissal, and I will forever be grateful to him.

Great Attorney that helped me WIN my case!

Mark Marion provided an above and beyond free consultation on my case by obtaining court documents pertaining to my case as part of his initial, free consultation. Mark took specific interest in my case analyzing all the facts, crafting a defense based in the penal code, and communicating with me wee...kly about my case during this stressful time in my life. The man with the answers

Mark Marion was the right attorney for my case. His demeanor and preparation routinely exceeded that of the other members of the court. Within 5 minutes I was sure that I had made the right decision. Some cases are more difficult than others, and a favorable outcome in my case was marginal at best. M...ark was enthusiastic and reassuring, often letting me vent and providing a new frame of though to consider the position of opposing counsel. When all was said and done he had met me in person on multiple occasions while incarcerated, endured countless phone calls, and settled my case in 6 weeks. His counsel was crucial in getting me home to my family as quickly as possible, and reducing an asinine 3 year prison sentence to merely probation. I would recommend his services for the most delicate of circumstances.

The worest

This is the worst attorney ever. He did NOTHING FOR me but take my money. Beware they lie just to get your money. They have HORRIBLE communication with their clients. If I were you I would keep searching. I fought my case for 6 months and lost. Mr. Marion then left and I had to represent myself. He d...idn't even know answer to any questions I had. And allowed the court to give me the worst sentence ever. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! You would seriously be better off representing yourself then to hire Mr. Marion.

THE BEST ATTORNEY EVERY

This is the best law firm ever, I highly recommend them. A family member of mine was facing a case that was not fair. Mr. Bajaj and Mark are the best, they put my family at ease, did not let the Prosecutor get away with this case which was not justified.
