Mark Masao Imada

Mark M. Imada is an associate in the San Diego office of Klinedinst PC. His practice focuses on lawsuits brought against attorneys and other professionals as well as defending personal injury claims and other general liability cases in the insurance defense context. His prior cases have involved allegations arising from routine automobile accidents, to estate planning malpractice, to defining course and scope of employment issues.

Mr. Imada earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of San Diego. He previously worked as a legal intern for the Civil Division of the San Diego City Attorney’s Office and as a research assistant for the University of San Diego Center for Public Interest Law. Before law school, he worked as a legal assistant in a firm specializing in creditor’s rights that obtained and collected credit deficiency judgments.
