Marissa Lee Lyftogt

Ms. Lyftogt’s practice focuses on defending employers of all sizes against claims of harassment, retaliation, discrimination, failure to accommodate, and wrongful termination. Ms. Lyftogt also has extensive experience defending wage and hour class actions.
