I was referred to Luis through a close lawyer friend of mine as Luis was specialized in the needed field. Our relationship started with a very thorough no-charge consultation. It eventually evolved into a flat fee contract for him to draft a pretty complicated contract between me and multiple parties.... Luis always made himself available to me or other parties, and was always very responsive. Most significantly, Luis was very thorough in his work, often pointing out shortcomings in suggested "templates". Thoroughness that bordered on perfectionism. Quite an appreciated trait when then scrutiny is in in your favor. That being said, It is also worth highlighting that the contract he drafted was also *fair* for both parties, really making the negotiations faster, and more straight-forward as the other party did not feel like the requests on my behalf were egregious. This was definitely keeps the relationship between and other parties on wonderful terms, after he is no longer involved. So in summary, I would highly recommend working with Luis if it's his field. He's worth every penny.

Luis is a talented, detail-oriented, and results-driven Lawyer. He has helped resolve difficult landlord/tenant and contractor/client disputes on my behalf on more than one occasion. In 2020, Luis represented a group of tenants and I in demanding various security and safety issues be addressed b...y a landlord that, over the course of my eight years in the building, has proven themselves to be more slumlord than landlord. There was a long list of demands that were met with swift action by the landlord upon receipt of his meticulously documented, articulate and forceful letter. The collective tenants and myself have been extremely grateful for his support in this matter after years of requests had been met with inaction. Fast forward two years later and now I have my own house that I have spent considerable time and money to repair, update and make my own. As part of this process, I entered into an agreement with a painting contractor to have the entire exterior of my house painted in addition to carpentry and stucco repair work. The finished product was riddled with issues that the contractor was pushing back on addressing. On top of that, there had been multiple instances of unprofessional conduct ranging from aggressive behavior to inappropriate text messages. Once again, Luis stepped in to assist me. He took all the information I furnished him and drafted a powerful demand letter that eloquently laid out all the issues with substandard work, unprofessional behavior and made the warranty demands as clear as day. The outcome is yet to be seen but I have no doubt that the outcome will be favorable whether the contractor chooses to play nice or not. The mere fact of not having to engage directly with these people has been a blessing. In short, I cannot recommend Luis highly enough. He is a pleasure to work with, treats his clients with respect and professionalism and gets an amazing result! I will definitely be using him again in the future.

Mr. Moreno assisted me with a very hostile tenant who was creating great emotional stress for myself. He was able to communicate with the Tenant and ensure that he was to deal with Mr. Moreno only. Mr. Moreno was able to follow through to the end with my problem. As I have several friends who also... have rentals, I have ensured them if they have any rental problems this is the person to help. I appreciate the fact that Mr. Moreno stayed with me until I completed the sale of this rental and helped me through that also.
