Lisa's very good at telling it like it is and clarifying all my questions. She doesn't sugar coat anything so I know she's not trying to pull a fast one over my head. If it's something that cant be fully answered over the phone then she'll schedule an appointment for me to see her face to face. I know lot of people say they have NEVER met with their attorney except for when they were first hired so I think it's great she does that.
