Linda L. Lattimore

I am writing about an interaction I had with attorney Linda L. Lattimore in connection with a dispute involving the Juniper Front Community Garden. Prior to the incident described below, I had never met Ms. Lattimore or had any personal interaction with her. On July 28, 2025, Ms. Lattimore sent me... an email from her law firm email address ([email protected] ). In that message she wrote statements including: “You are like Adolph Hitler trying to hang on until you bring the entire garden down,” “No one wants you,” and “right now you are just viewed as a pathetic old lady.” Later, when I encountered Ms. Lattimore at the garden and introduced myself, she responded: “Are you going to start something? You deserved it. No one wants you here.” I found both the email and the in-person interaction surprising and deeply unprofessional, particularly coming from an attorney and from someone I had never previously met. In my experience, this conduct did not reflect the level of professionalism or civility that I would expect from a member of the legal profession.
