Unethical, evil and scandalous
Evans overcharges and then pushes accused to accept overcharged plea. She has no problem lying, fabricating evidence or using social media to ruin those she is prosecuting to ensure they will get a biased jury. The taxpayers should not pay for such evil. She needs to be investigated and removed.
