"I endorse this lawyer. Ms. Nichols and I have worked together on two matters. The first, a disposition of assets of a trust, with cranky clients on both sides, closed smoothly, even with a last minute hitch involving an IRC 1031 exchange, largely because of her patience and persistence. The second involved a matter in which I became unexpectedly trustee of late clients' trust and executor of the makers' wills. This matter, involving difficulties with a bank holding a reverse mortgage, and sale of a property on an emergency basis before a foreclosure sale, has progressed fluidly toward close of the estate. Ms. Nichols and her team have been acutely aware of my personal and professional needs in this difficult case. With some cooperation from the Probate Court, this matter's several petitions will be resolved quickly and favorably for the beneficiaries and heirs. I could not recommend her more highly."
