Biography
Kyle T. Overs is an associate attorney for Klinedinst in the professional liability practice group. He counsels clients in malpractice claims brought against legal and other professionals.
Mr. Overs earned his law degree from the University of Arizona School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Management from Wake Forest University. While in law school, Mr. Overs competed on the Environmental Moot Court team and was a member of the ABA Moot Court Board. In both moot court competitions, he earned awards for excellence in oral advocacy. He was also an active member of the Business Law Society.
A native of upstate New York, Mr. Overs holds CALI Awards for Excellence in Insurance Law and Law & Medical Litigation. Prior to joining Klinedinst, Mr. Overs volunteered in the pro bono division of the Legal Aid Society of San Diego, assisting clients in domestic violence and unlawful detainer cases.
