Kathryn Ann Lafferty

Kathryn Lafferty is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property practice groups of Gordon & Rees. She received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law. While in law school, she was a Comments Editor for the San Diego Law Review and was published by the University of La Verne Law Review. Ms. Lafferty also had the honor to extern for Justice Eileen Moore of the California Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division Three. She is admitted to practice law in California.

Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Ms. Lafferty clerked at several civil litigation firms working on business, consumer, and intellectual property matters. She also gained experience in transactional intellectual property practice from her time spent as a legal intern for a Fortune 500 technology corporation
