Biography
Joshua D. Gruenberg has practiced law in California since 1992 . In 2008, he was selected as a California Super Lawyer. In 2004, Josh received the Outstanding Trial Lawyer Award from Consumer Attorneys of San Diego for his work in the case, Haist v. Rohr Industries, Inc.. In 2000 and 2005, he was awarded the Consumer Attorney of California's President's Award for his efforts at defeating anti-consumer initiatives. Josh specializes in the preparation and litigation of employment related cases such as breach of contract cases, sexual harassment or whistle blower cases, and litigation of personal injury cases, including premises liability, defective products cases and auto crashes. Josh has served on the Board of Directors of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, and the Board of Directors of the Consumer Attorneys of California, and is also a member of the San Diego Count Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and the National Employment Lawyers Association.
