My son received a reckless driving ticket for speed of 28 mph over the limit. Mr. Rice clearly informed us of the possible serious outcomes that could result. Received a reckless driving ticket for 89/55 coupled with a radar detector ticket (device was not in use, but in the vehicle on the floor of the passenger side).
