This attorney is extremely unprofessional and unprepared. Fortunately, she was opposing counsel (who I had the displeasure of having had to consult with - she withheld evidence she would go on to use in the trial). Not being able to afford attorney representation, I was compelled to face this rookie ...and watch her perjure herself and coach her client to do likewise. She delivered "evidence" 12 hours before the hearing, although she had it in her possession for a month prior. She didn't use the evidence. The evidence that was presented consisted of improbable hearsay which the hearing officer (disposed to rule in her favor) could not believe. She asked for a continuance to subpoena witnesses and then didn't subpoena anyone. In short, this reviewer with no legal experience was able to easily win dismissal of this case that should never have been brought. Ms. Connery is a fine example of why her alma mater has continually faced the loss of its accreditation. Again, pray that your opposing counsel is this awful excuse for legal counsel. Maybe she can replace Alina Habba?
