Jeffrey Louis Anastas

Jeffrey L. Anastas is a partner in the San Diego office of Musick Peeler.  Mr. Anastas practices in the areas of real estate, corporate and commercial transactions and corporate and business formation and operations.  He has worked on a wide variety of sophisticated real estate and business transactions, negotiating and drafting complex purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, security agreements, stock and asset purchase agreements and business entity organizational documents.  Mr. Anastas has closed over $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions.

While in law school, Mr. Anastas served as managing editor of the faculty's law review, The Journal of Contemporary Legal Issues, and later as a Graduate Fellow in the Institute for Law and Systems Research at the University of San Diego School of Law. 

Mr. Anastas is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in California.
